Seated Zumba classes are a fun way to help exercise, tone and strengthen muscles and improve your coordination. Designed for active seniors, those recovering from injury, and individuals with mobility or balance problems. Suitable for wheelchair users, all ages and abilities.

Cancellation Policy

Booking and cancellation: - Booking: Classes are booking only, to reserve your place please send payment the latest 1 hour before class start. - Cancellation: if you cancel up to 2 hours before class start, you can transfer it to another day or ask for a refund. if you cancel in the last 2 hours prior to class there will be no refund or transfer.
